The Dilemmas of First Time Home Buyers

by Derec Shuler on June 1, 2009

Shopping for your first home can be an adventure and even a challenge, especially when you’re a couple looking for that perfect place to call "home."  Some new home buyers want feel like they have to see every home on the market before being able to make a decision on the right home for them.  Unfortunately, a well priced home in Denver will sell quickly in today’s market.  At Mile High Urban Living, we enjoy the opportunity to sit down with clients and really learn about not just what they want, but the motivation and driving needs behind it.  Based on this, we’re frequently able to help Denver home buyers, even first time home buyers, find the perfect home after looking at as few as 10 homes.

Though not a Denver home, below is a fun clip of a man and woman looking to buy a new home.  Enjoy!

Derec, The first home buying experience is a crazy (and sometimes overwhelming) experience. When I was looking at condos, I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing – that’s why a great agent makes such a big difference.

Thanks for sharing the video!

I got a good chuckle out of this out. Seriously, a hologram deck? How awesome!
